If it arrives by email, it can be a row

Leads → CRM sheet

Quote requests and contact-form emails become a lead list with name, phone, and job details — ready to call back.

Orders → orders sheet

Shopify, Etsy, and marketplace notifications become order rows: number, items, total, shipping address.

Anything recurring → structured data

Invoices, bookings, applications, delivery notices — any email you'd otherwise copy-paste, turned into columns.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to sign in with my Google account? +

Yes. Google sign-in is how you create your SaveToSheets account and let us create and update the Google Sheets for your forwarding addresses. We use Google’s per-file Drive access, so we can access only the sheets we create for you—not your existing Google Drive files.

Why does SaveToSheets need Google Drive access? +

We request Google’s per-file Drive scope. SaveToSheets uses it to create a new spreadsheet for each SaveToSheets address, add its headers, and append rows from forwarded emails. We can access only the spreadsheets we create for you—not your existing spreadsheets or other Google Drive files.

Does it work with Gmail auto-forwarding? +

Yes. Set up a Gmail filter that auto-forwards matching emails (say, everything from your contact form) to your SaveToSheets address. Confirm the forwarding address once, and rows appear without you touching anything.

Can I forward from a non-Gmail email address? +

Yes. SaveToSheets works with any email provider that can forward messages, including a Google Workspace or other work address. Add the address you forward from to your approved sender list, then forward emails to your personal SaveToSheets address.

Can I edit the columns? +

Yes. Edit the first row in your Google Sheet whenever you want to change what we extract from the next email.

Can I test it before forwarding a real email? +

Yes. On your dashboard, choose “Test this address,” paste an example lead, order, or request, and choose “Parse test message.” We process it exactly like a forwarded email and add the resulting row to that address’s sheet. A test uses one credit.

What are credits, and how are they used? +

A credit is one email we process into a spreadsheet row. Each approved forwarded email uses one credit; messages from unapproved senders do not. Your monthly plan adds new credits each billing cycle, and any unused credits roll over.

What if an email has an attachment? +

We parse the email body in v1. Attachments are not read yet; we note that they were present in the Raw column so nothing is silently missed.

Stop copy-pasting emails into spreadsheets

One sign-in, one forwarding address, and every email lands as a clean row.
