Terms of Service
Effective date: July 28, 2026
Acceptance and the service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SaveToSheets. By creating an account, connecting a Google account, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
SaveToSheets receives emails sent to your personal inbound address, extracts information from the email body, and appends a structured row to the Google Sheet you connect. The service does not currently parse attachment contents.
Your account and responsibilities
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your Google connection and allowed sender list current.
- You may forward only emails and data you are authorized to provide to SaveToSheets and process in your selected spreadsheet. You are responsible for obtaining any notices, permissions, or consents required from senders or other people whose information appears in those emails.
- You must protect access to your Google account, forwarding address, and SaveToSheets account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
- You are responsible for reviewing the rows written to your sheet. AI extraction can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service unlawfully; to process data you lack rights to process; to send spam, malware, or harmful content; to interfere with or probe the service; to bypass sender verification or usage limits; or to violate another person’s rights. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties, or to comply with law.
Plans, payment, and cancellation
Paid plans, usage limits, and current prices are presented on the site or at checkout. Subscriptions renew on the billing interval shown at purchase until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may manage or cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law.
If payment fails or your plan’s available email credits are exhausted, we may pause processing until billing is resolved or credits are renewed. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and unused credits do not carry over.
Google and third-party services
Your use of Google Sheets, Google sign-in, Stripe, and other third-party services is also governed by their applicable terms and policies. SaveToSheets is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. You can revoke SaveToSheets’ Google access through your Google Account, but doing so stops the service from reading headers and writing new rows.
Your content and permission to operate
You retain your rights in the emails and other content you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to receive, store, process, transmit to our service providers, and use that content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability, disclaimers, and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that processing will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that extracted data will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaveToSheets will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our total liability arising from or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.
Termination and changes
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end the service or your access as permitted by these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version here. Continued use after the updated effective date means you accept the updated Terms, except where additional notice or consent is required by law.
